Professional Framing, Friendly Atmosphere

46 years
in business

In 1977, Caroll and George Kazantzis opened a little shop in a townhouse in Owego, New York. It was a neighborhood place, selling art supplies and ice cream in addition to picture framing.

Forty-six years later, Townhouse Art and Framing is still your neighborhood stop for picture framing—and, well, if we have any ice cream in the freezer, we'll totally share it.

Though we've gone from a townhouse in Owego to a strip mall in Wilmington, we still have the same focus—quality framing, done by experienced professionals, that keeps your artwork safe AND makes it look good. Come on in and get to know us! We frame with the same consideration and care George and Caroll did forty-six years ago, and we now offer a selection of over two thousand, five hundred moulding and five hundred matting options.
